Senior Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (St. Louis, MO)

Rivermark Summit Pharma Group supports drug development and manufacturing around St. Louis, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our supplier orders. You would join a small organisation of about 37 people based in St. Louis. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to release testing at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support release testing. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in St. Louis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
