Senior Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Spokane, WA)

Stonegate Timber Property Management Partners looks after rental homes across the Spokane area. We are hiring a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to take on supplier orders. We are flexible about schedules. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to unit turnovers at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support unit turnovers. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Spokane. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
