Senior Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Spokane, WA)

Westbrook Corner Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Spokane region, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our supplier orders. Technicians are respected and trained. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to customer estimates at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support customer estimates. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Spokane, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
