Senior Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Seattle, WA)

Greenridge Ashton Foods Group makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in Seattle, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our supplier orders. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Seattle. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to ingredient orders at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support ingredient orders. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Seattle. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
