Senior Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Seattle, WA)

Stonegate Pike Property Management Group is a Seattle property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services. We are hiring a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to take on supplier orders. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Seattle. What you will do • Keep stock linked to lease renewals at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support lease renewals. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Seattle. • We reply to every applicant.
