Senior Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Seattle, WA)

Foxglove Lantern Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around Seattle. We are hiring a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to take on supplier orders. You would join a large organisation of about 391 people based in Seattle. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to classroom supplies at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support classroom supplies. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Seattle. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
