Senior Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Seattle, WA)

Westbrook Stone Health Group provides primary and specialty care in Seattle. We are hiring a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to take on supplier orders. You would join a small organisation of about 28 people based in Seattle. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to patient education at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support patient education. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Seattle, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
