Senior Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Seattle, WA)

Westbrook Summit Auto Group is a Seattle company supplying vehicle parts and service. We are hiring a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to take on supplier orders. Service hours are steady. What you will do • Keep stock linked to supplier deliveries at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support supplier deliveries. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Seattle, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
