Senior Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Seattle, WA)

We are growing our team at Bright Fox Construction and adding a Senior Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be supplier orders. You would join a large organisation of about 636 people based in Seattle. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to project schedules at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support project schedules. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Seattle, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
