Senior Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Seattle, WA)

Stonegate Orchard Hospitality Group is looking for a Senior Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on supplier orders for guest bookings, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to guest bookings at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support guest bookings. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Seattle. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
