Senior Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Seattle, WA)

Bluepeak Timber Auto Group is a Seattle company supplying vehicle parts and service, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our supplier orders. You would join a small organisation of about 45 people based in Seattle. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to service appointments at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support service appointments. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Seattle, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
