Senior Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Seattle, WA)

Summit Corner Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Seattle, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our supplier orders. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to vehicle inspections at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support vehicle inspections. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Seattle, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
