Senior Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Savannah, GA)

Greenridge Linden Foods Group makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in Savannah. We are hiring a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to take on supplier orders. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to cold storage at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support cold storage. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Savannah. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
