Senior Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Savannah, GA)

Foxglove Union Facilities Group cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Savannah, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our supplier orders. You would join a small organisation of about 37 people based in Savannah. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to work orders at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support work orders. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Savannah. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
