Senior Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (San Jose, CA)

Summit Cross Civic Services Partners provides shared administrative services to local governments around San Jose, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our supplier orders. You would join a large organisation of about 881 people based in San Jose. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to case files at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support case files. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in San Jose. • We reply to every applicant.
