Senior Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (San Jose, CA)

Silverline Lakeside Farms Group is looking for a Senior Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on supplier orders for seasonal crews, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to seasonal crews at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support seasonal crews. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in San Jose. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
