Senior Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (San Jose, CA)

Redstone Rook Pharma develops and makes medicines in San Jose. We are hiring a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to take on supplier orders. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to quality documentation at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support quality documentation. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in San Jose. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
