Senior Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (San Antonio, TX)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Haven Pharma Group and adding a Senior Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be supplier orders. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to quality documentation at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support quality documentation. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in San Antonio. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
