Senior Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Salt Lake City, UT)

Harborlight Meadow Manufacturing is a Salt Lake City manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers. We are hiring a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to take on supplier orders. Many of our supervisors started on the floor. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to work orders at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support work orders. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Salt Lake City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
