Senior Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Rochester, NY)

We are growing our team at Silverline Union Health Group and adding a Senior Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be supplier orders. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to insurance authorisations at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support insurance authorisations. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Rochester. • We reply to every applicant.
