Senior Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Rochester, NY)

Westbrook Wilder Markets is looking for a Senior Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on supplier orders for supplier deliveries, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 25 people based in Rochester. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to supplier deliveries at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support supplier deliveries. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Rochester. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
