Senior Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Rochester, NY)

Bluepeak Ashton Hospitality is looking for a Senior Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on supplier orders for supplier orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 103 people based in Rochester. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to supplier orders at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support supplier orders. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Rochester, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
