Senior Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Reno, NV)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Thistle Construction and adding a Senior Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be supplier orders. Good people move up quickly. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to project schedules at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support project schedules. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Reno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
