Senior Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (remote)

Redstone North Early Learning is looking for a Senior Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on supplier orders for family communication, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to family communication at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support family communication. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Hartford. • We reply to every applicant.
