Senior Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (remote)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Wilder Housing and adding a Senior Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be supplier orders. Housing is our mission and residents are our neighbours. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to resident services at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support resident services. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Albuquerque. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
