Senior Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (remote)

Foxglove Studio makes precision components in Philadelphia, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our supplier orders. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to production lines at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support production lines. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Philadelphia. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
