Senior Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (remote)

Redstone Glen Foods is looking for a Senior Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on supplier orders for production batches, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to production batches at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support production batches. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Tucson. • We reply to every applicant.
