Senior Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (remote)

Clearpath Stone Hospitality Group runs guest-focused properties across the Cleveland area, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our supplier orders. We work weekends and holidays and we make it fun. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to reviews and feedback at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support reviews and feedback. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Cleveland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
