Senior Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (remote)

We are growing our team at Silverline Timber Housing and adding a Senior Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be supplier orders. Housing is our mission and residents are our neighbours. What you will do • Keep stock linked to maintenance stores at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support maintenance stores. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Dallas. • We reply to every applicant.
