Senior Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (remote)

Bluepeak Bridge Farms Group grows and distributes produce from farms near Tucson, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our supplier orders. You would join a large organisation of about 927 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to seasonal crews at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support seasonal crews. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Tucson. • We reply to every applicant.
