Senior Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (remote)

Bright Beacon Housing is a nonprofit housing provider in Spokane, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our supplier orders. Housing is our mission and residents are our neighbours. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to maintenance stores at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support maintenance stores. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Spokane. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
