Senior Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (remote)

Silverline Timber Property Management is a Fresno property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services. We are hiring a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to take on supplier orders. Residents are neighbours, not numbers. What you will do • Keep stock linked to vendor invoices at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support vendor invoices. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Fresno. • We reply to every applicant.
