Senior Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (remote)

Westbrook Willow Pharma develops and makes medicines in Jacksonville. We are hiring a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to take on supplier orders. You would join a small organisation of about 25 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep stock linked to batch records at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support batch records. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Jacksonville. • We reply to every applicant.
