Senior Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (remote)

Northwind Lakeside Farms is looking for a Senior Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on supplier orders for seasonal crews, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Weather sets the schedule, and we plan around it. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to seasonal crews at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support seasonal crews. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Nashville. • We reply to every applicant.
