Senior Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (remote)

Stonegate Thistle Press is looking for a Senior Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on supplier orders for customer orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Many of us have been here for ten years or more. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to customer orders at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support customer orders. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Orlando. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
