Senior Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (remote)

Lumen Rook Markets is looking for a Senior Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on supplier orders for online orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We like people who know our customers by name. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to online orders at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support online orders. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in San Diego. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
