Senior Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (remote)

Fernwood Lakeside Farms Group supplies farm and food customers across the Cleveland region. We are hiring a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to take on supplier orders. Weather sets the schedule, and we plan around it. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to harvest schedules at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support harvest schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Cleveland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
