Senior Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (remote)

We are growing our team at Nova West Farms Group and adding a Senior Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be supplier orders. You would join a large organisation of about 263 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep stock linked to packing house output at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support packing house output. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Providence. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
