Senior Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (remote)

Lumen Ridge Auto Group is looking for a Senior Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on supplier orders for customer estimates, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Technicians are respected and trained. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to customer estimates at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support customer estimates. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Fort Worth. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
