Senior Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (remote)

Rivermark Timber Housing manages affordable housing communities across Cleveland. We are hiring a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to take on supplier orders. You would join a small organisation of about 153 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to rent assistance at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support rent assistance. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Cleveland. • We reply to every applicant.
