Senior Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (remote)

Highbridge Thistle Early Learning is looking for a Senior Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on supplier orders for family communication, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to family communication at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support family communication. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Kansas City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
