Senior Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (remote)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Harbor Farms and adding a Senior Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be supplier orders. Seasons are busy and the rest of the year is for planning. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to field records at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support field records. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Boise. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
