Senior Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (remote)

Silverline Meadow Housing manages affordable housing communities across Philadelphia, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our supplier orders. Housing is our mission and residents are our neighbours. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to waiting lists at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support waiting lists. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Philadelphia. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
