Senior Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (remote)

Nova Vale Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Las Vegas producing generic and specialty treatments. We are hiring a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to take on supplier orders. You would join a small organisation of about 49 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to clinical studies at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support clinical studies. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Las Vegas. • We reply to every applicant.
