Senior Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (remote)

Highbridge Loom Pharma is looking for a Senior Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on supplier orders for clinical studies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to clinical studies at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support clinical studies. • Experience with an ERP system.
