Senior Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (remote)

Amberfield Birch Civic Services supports public agencies in San Diego with budgeting, records and programmes, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our supplier orders. What you will do • Keep stock linked to permits at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support permits. • Experience with an ERP system.
