Senior Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (remote)

Clearpath Field Auto Group is looking for a Senior Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on supplier orders for service appointments, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep stock linked to service appointments at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support service appointments. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Kansas City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
