Senior Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (remote)

Redstone Amber Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Cleveland region, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our supplier orders. Service hours are steady. What you will do • Keep stock linked to customer estimates at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support customer estimates. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Cleveland. • We reply to every applicant.
