Senior Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (remote)

Westbrook Ridge Construction is looking for a Senior Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on supplier orders for permits, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 181 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to permits at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support permits. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Honolulu. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
