Senior Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (remote)

Rivermark Wren Freight moves freight for manufacturers and retailers out of Memphis, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our supplier orders. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to proof of delivery at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support proof of delivery. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Memphis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
